We've taken our Brutti Ma Buoni and made it sugar free. Using the same Stevia sweetening blend as in our Sugar Free chocolate bar, this low carbohydrate cookie is wonderfully delicious.

We start with fresh whole almonds, lightly toast them and grind them to create our own nut flour. We sweeten with Stevia and add dried apricots and walnuts.
