Lucienne's began in 2009 when Lucienne, Terry and Diane decided to take new directions in life and and start our own business. Based on Lucienne's creative talents in the creation of amazing Biscotti and Chocolates, we opened our new kitchen and began creating our new, original recipes.
Lucienne's uses high quality all-natural ingredients to produce a variety of original flavorful creations in our local upstate New York kitchen. When possible we prefer to utilize local businesses and environmentally conscious products. We are dedicated to providing you the best products possible.
Our dark chocolate is specially formulated for us by a small, artisan chocolate producer, using cocoa beans from Ecuador, which have been carefully fermented and dried to his exacting standards. The cocoa is processed in small batches, with minimal roasting to preserve the natural antioxidants and to create the optimal flavor.
Our Sugar Free Chocolate is made with the same high quality cocoa beans, and blended with our own Stevia sweetening blend.
All our baked goods use organic flour, organic sugar and natural flavorings. We work from basic ingredients. For example, we use fresh fruit zest to create our citrus biscotti flavors. The result is dramatic and enjoyable flavors and food that is naturally healthy.
We are open weekdays from 10 to 5. Stop by our shop for a biscotti and coffee. We are proud to serve
