Lucienne has long been known as Ithaca’s “Queen of Biscotti”. Working out of her home kitchen she has developed biscotti recipes and techniques which have been highly appreciated by her friends and acquaintances.

Lucienne has more recently branched into chocolate, again wowing those lucky enough to have sampled the fruits of her labors. She draws on her culinary gifts to create both dramatic and delicate chocolate confections.

Lucienne’s Biscotti and Chocolate is available to anyone. Our revolutionary and flavorful biscotti and chocolate creations are made using high quality, natural ingredients. Our biscotti feature bold flavors and generous helpings of flavorings, nuts and fruits. As always, Lucienne’s Biscotti have a crisp but tender bite. Great with your favorite beverage, but equally delightful alone.
Our chocolates likewise feature exquisite fillings with bold flavors. We use fair trade dark chocolate, processed in the country of origin. We specialize in wine truffle filled chocolates using New York State wines. Many are available at wineries throughout the Finger Lakes.
