The Finest Chocolate Bars
Lucienne’s handmade chocolate bars are made with the finest quality Nacional variety cocoa from Ecuador. The cocoa is native to Ecuador and produces a distinctive and wonderful flavor. Our cocoa beans come to us direct from the plantations and are processed in small batches to maintain the high levels of antioxidants and to retain their great aroma and flavor. Our chocolate is 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified™, good to the environment and good for the farmers.
Our flavorings and fillings are all-natural. Lucienne’s creative flare with flavors has resulted in wonderful combinations that can be paired with a broad spectrum of wines or enjoyed on their own. Lucienne likes bold, vibrant flavors and that is reflected in the chocolates.
All Natural Sugar Free Chocolate
We use the same high quality cocoa to make our very special sugar free chocolate. Combined with our own blend of Stevia and Rebiana, our 83% dark sugar free chocolate has the sweetness of a 70% chocolate. Rich in antioxidants, and soy free.

A legacy in Gourmet Biscotti
Lucienne has long been known as Ithaca’s “Queen of Biscotti”. Working out of her home kitchen she has developed biscotti
recipes and techniques which have been highly appreciated by her friends and acquaintances.
A flair for Chocolate Creations
Lucienne has more recently branched into chocolate, again wowing those lucky enough to have sampled the fruits of her labors.
She draws on her culinary gifts to create both dramatic and delicate chocolate confections.

Bringing it all to you
Now, Lucienne’s Biscotti and Chocolate is available to anyone. Our revolutionary and flavorful biscotti
and chocolate creations are made using high quality, natural ingredients. Our biscotti feature bold flavors and generous helpings of
flavorings, nuts and fruits. As always, Lucienne’s Biscotti have a crisp but tender bite. Great with your favorite beverage, but
equally delightful alone.
Our chocolates likewise feature exquisite fillings with bold flavors. We use Rainforest Alliance Certified™ chocolate, processed in
the country of origin. We specialize in wine truffle filled chocolates using New York State wines. Many are available at wineries
throughout the Finger Lakes.

2011 Academy AwardsLucienne's Chocolates were featured at the New York Awards Party for the Oscars. Attendees were
treated to a gift box with 6 of Lucienne's amazing chocolates
2011 Cannes Film Festival Lucienne's was featured in the American Pavilion at the Cannes Film Festival! Our biscotti was
served at VIP breakfasts and our chocolate bars were available for visitors.
2011 Emmy Awards
Lucienne's, together with Blackwater Innovations Corp. will showcase our Fulvic Enriched Chocolate Bars in conjunction with the 2011 Emmy Awards Suites celebration atop the Luxe Hotel in Beverly Hills on September 15, 2011.
